On the auspicious occasion of Independence Day, Haryana Legislative Assembly Secretary R.K.   Nandal  hoisted the flag at Haryana MLA hostel and said that "August 15 has always been so special for us because on this day, we remember all the glory of our country as we remember the struggles, rebellions and efforts of Indian freedom fighters.  India's Independence Day not only signifies the independence of India from the rule of the British Raj, but it also shows the power of this country.  And it shows when it unites all the people of this country.

 After suffering slavery by the British for many years, our country was liberated on 15 August 1947.  How many fighters sacrificed after suffering British atrocities. Only because of the sacrifice of our real heroes, we got freedom.  On this occasion, the Prime Minister of the country hoists the national flag from the Red Fort in the capital Delhi and remembers all those fighters."


 On the auspicious occasion of Independence Day, Haryana Legislative Assembly Secretary R.K. Nandal, Under Secretary Mukesh Gupta, Reception Officer Sanjay Kumar, Chander Sharma Incharge Hostel, Rohtash Ohlyan, Veerbhan, Ankesh etc. were also present.
