Amidst the Corona transition, preparations have begun in full swing for the Monsoon session of Haryana Legislative Assembly. To avoid infection, a seating plan has been made by the architect for the seating arrangement from social distancing. Under which seating arrangement of 44 MLAs has been made in VIP and audience gallery. While 45 will sit in a permanent place.

Apart from the first chief minister, there is a seating arrangement of two ministers and two MLAs on all benches. But in the monsoon session a seating arrangement of a minister or an MLA has been arranged on a bench. Chairs are also being changed in the Assembly regarding the seating plan. A letter was written to the PWD on behalf of the Assembly Secretariat for the seating plan. Now this plan is almost finalized. VIPs and ordinary people will not get a chance to watch this session because of the transition.

Officers and media personnel will also be seated with social distancing. There will be no mic for VIP and MLAs sitting in the visitors' gallery, which is on benches. In such a situation, cordless phones will be given to the MLAs sitting on these chairs. Some employees are also being considered for standing there. So that the legislators can catch the cordless phone here and there. Whereas these 45 MLAs will ask questions from the cordless phone, they will raise their issues through them.

On the other hand, the monsoon session of Haryana Legislative Assembly can be of three days. August 29 is Saturday and August 30 is Sunday. In this case, the session may start from 25 - 26 August or 31 August, because it is necessary to call a session before 3 September. The previous one ended on March 4. In such a situation, it is mandatory to call a second session in 6 months. However, when the session starts, Chief Minister Manohar Lal will call the cabinet meeting and decide. The Assembly's Business Advisory Committee will take its final decision on how long the session will last.

At the same time, 181 questions of MLAs have been reached in the assembly. These include 168 asterisks and 13 unstarred questions. However, the questions that will come up to 15 days before the assembly session starts. This time the question will also be selected through draw.
