 Preparations for the monsoon session discussed in the meeting


 Session of Haryana Vidhan Sabha starts from 26 August

 The monsoon session of Haryana Legislative Assembly will begin on August 26.


 The duration of the session will be decided in the meeting of the Business Advisory Committee.  Business Advisory Committee meeting to be held on 26th - Speaker


 The session is taking place in the Corona era.


 How well this session can be done by following all the precautionary meaaures.


 * Several decisions have been taken in the meeting. *


 * All MLAs, Ministers, Chief Ministers, whoever they are, all will get the test done *


 * The test will have to be done 3 days before the assembly session, only entry will be given on the negative report *


 * The entire staff of the assembly, be an employee of the police, be an officer, be a journalist who will enter inside the assembly, everyone will have to bring negative report of Covid-19 *


Health Minister Anil Vij spoke on this subject.

 Special camp will be organized for the test.


 * MLAs will get their tests done in their respective districts *


 Social distancing will be followed in the seating arrangement.


 * Viewer Gallery will be closed this time *


 * There will also be no audience in the speaker gallery. This time there will be no darshan aloud *


 All papers will be sanitized inside the assembly.

 Arrangements will also be made for this


 A kit of masks, gloves, sanitizers will be given to all the MLAs and those who will be in the assembly.


 This kit will also be provided to all the media persons.


 It will be compulsory to download Arogya Setu app in everyone's mobile


 There will be 3 meetings in the next 2 days regarding the preparations for the assembly.  There will be a review of security arrangements, parking arrangements.

 A meeting will be held with DG and officials of Health Department.

 A meeting will be held with the Public Relations Department to discuss the arrangement of the media.


 Our aim is to maintain social distancing.


 There will be sanitizer and shoe wrap dispenser at the entry point of the assembly


 A nodal officer will also be posted for the Hospital Department.


 Special camp will be organized for the employees.  So that everyone's corona test can be done.


 Will request all the departments Minimum employees of all departments come to the assembly as much as needed.


 The MLA hostel will be closed and sanitized 3 days before the session.


 Everyone came alone inside the assembly complex, not bring someone along.

 The ministers also brought the private staff which is needed more.


 No Chinese goods purchase will be changed inside the assembly.

 Whether buy expensive Indian goods, but don't buy chinese items.


 * No protest permission will be allowed by the opposition inside the assembly premises.  Can Protest Outside Assembly Complex. *
